Executive fraud at eBay? You better believe it!

Jim Weber was at one point the global head of customer support for all of eBay.

Jim Weber used to work for, and still had ties to, a company in Florida called PRC.

When Jim Weber decided to start outsourcing more and more of eBay's support, one of the first companies to be awarded a contract was......PRC in Florida.

Conflict of interest?

An interesting anecdote about Jim Weber. He asked an employee once what department they worked in. That employee replied "List Practices". He said something along the lines of "oh, that's nice, you go on practicing your lists now!".

Clearly not the brightest. However, he did milk eBay for all he could before he left.

Oh, and PRC in Florida? They went to work on listings reported for violating eBay policies. List Practices. Their work was so atrocious that they didn't last a year.
