More employee fraud & eBay Live employees who knew nothing about eBay.

A few other cases from when I was on staff.

There was the Power Seller rep who shill bid on his own listings. He was terminated.

The List Practices rep who violated VERO for selling Von Dutch hats and, yes, even List Practices, by linking to his own off-eBay sales site. Terminated.

The rep with 90+ feedback who created a brand new account so that he could win an employee feedback contest. The best prize was open to those who had new or less than 5 feedback accounts. He won the best prize. He later became a top buyer rep. Mike L. was his name.

Numerous eBay employees who both bought and sold 1c buy it now listings so that they could get enough feedback to qualify for the free trip to eBay Live. Doing so despite being in clear violation of eBay's feedback policies. And most of them got away with it. Supervisors, leads & regular reps were all involved. Probably managers as well.

Keep in mind that they only needed 25 feedback to qualify. A large amount of reps who worked at eBay Live over the years truly knew little or nothing about the site.

Interestingly though, eBay Live doesn't happen anymore, does it?
